«Neftegazovy klaster»: goals and objectives

The main goal is to have minimized the share of imported equipment and services to 40% by 2024 by means of implementing high-technology projects of corporate members.

The objectives are:

• the development of the ecosystem which provides effective teamwork of all oil and gas market players;
• the creation of a model to solve actual process tasks of the oil and gas industry by means of verified projects taking into account all requirements and standards of Vertically Integrated Oil Company;
• the creation of production and process chains which allow developing new technology and their subsequent introduction and expansion;
