On June 6, 2025, a ceremonial state award presentation took place at the Tomsk City Administration, dedicated to Russia Day. Among the award recipients was Nikolay Dmitrievich Stavitsky, Deputy Director of Production at TNPVO "SIAM" LLC. He was presented with the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland," II class — one of the country’s most prestigious honors.
The award was presented by the Governor of Tomsk Region, Vladimir Mazur, who emphasized the significance of Nikolay Dmitrievich’s contribution to the development of both regional and national industry.
Nikolay Dmitrievich has worked in instrument engineering for 46 years, over 30 of which he has dedicated to SIAM. He joined the company in 1994 — at a time when the enterprise was just beginning its journey. There was no stable funding, no resources, no certainty about the future. But there was a strong team and committed professionals like Nikolay Dmitrievich.
Under his leadership, production processes were established, new technologies were implemented, and a modern technical base was developed. Today, SIAM is one of the industrial flagships of Tomsk, manufacturing high-tech equipment for the oil and gas industry. Its clients include major oil and gas production and service companies both in Russia and abroad.
Stavitsky is known not only as a production expert but also as someone who deeply cares about his team’s well-being. However, the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" II class stands out as perhaps the most significant — a true recognition at the national level.
